Assistant Coach Andy Allgrim

Andy Allgrim enters his first season as the top assistant coach for the Bulldogs. Allgrim comes to Wilberforce after spending 6 years as an assistant coach and head JV coach for Cedarville University.

During the 6 years spent at Cedarville, Allgrim helped lead the Jackets to six straight 20 win seasons and an impressive 147-50 overall record. Cedarville made 5 trips to the NAIA National Tournament including one Final 4 appearance. Allgrim’s role at Cedarville included player development (3 NAIA All-Americans), Head Junior Varsity Coach (43-23 record), recruiting, on court coaching, and director of the Film Exchange program.

Allgrim attended Jamestown Community College where he played basketball for one season before transferring to Cedarville University. He is a 2004 Graduate with a degree in Physical Education.

The Almond, NY native graduated as Alfred-Almond High School’s all-time leading scorer with 1,660 career points. He was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame in 2009.
