“Flight 1856 COVID-19 Prevention Policies”

1. 1. A Mask is mandatory for all events.

   2. On-Campus Students must Test on October 19 and October 26. Commuter and Virtual students wishing to attend must present a 
      negative PCR test to the Office of Student Engagement by October 25 to receive tickets. Failure to comply with testing protocols will result in "no entry."

   3. Alumni & Friends to attend the Homecoming Step Show, you must present a negative test result or vaccination card. Capacity Restrictions Enforced and a limited number of tickets are available for purchase.

   4. Wilberforce University reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who does not comply with the COVID-19 
      prevention policies.

How do I get my ticket?

Keep your email confirmation to present along with your negative COVID-19 test result when picking up your ticket.

Times and dates below for pickup:

The students will pick up tickets the day of the Pep Rally from 3p.m.-5p.m. Our Campus Activities Board and Ms. Parnell will distribute tickets throughout the Pep Rally. If students miss the Pep Rally time, they can see us in the Engagement wing.

Alumni and Friends can pick their tickets up from Health & Wellness from 6p.m. -7:30p.m. Saturday, October 30th, 2021.
