Description: GenWUine Healing is a safe space for all staff, faculty, and students to have to talk amongst themselves because sometimes that’s all someone needs. Local businesses will be included by supplying services such as Messages, Massage Chairs, Oxygen Bars, etc.

Date: 25-October  Event: Community Bulldog Pep Rally Where: Alumni Multiplex Time: 6pm-9pm

Description: LET’S GET PUMPED UP!!! We are kicking off homecoming week with our university pep rally featuring the athletics organization Boujee Bulldog Cheerleaders, Green and Gold Jazzers, Men and Women Basketball Team, and featured an intermission performance by Hounds of Sound Marching Band. We will also offer” Minute to Win it” games with prizes!

Date: 26-October   Event: Nubiance Fashion Show Where: Alumni Multiplex Time: Doors open at 6:30pm show starts at 7pm

Description: Are you ready to travel all around the world? Are you ready to experience a fashion show like no other? Nubiance More than a Modeling LLC, has prepared to take you all around the world with featured performances by New Age and Boss Bros/Boss Ladies. Hosted by Rello Sounds by DJ Riq. Date: 27-October  Event: Mister & Miss Wilberforce Coronation Where: Alumni Multiplex Time: 6pm

Description: WU Family and guests, all roads are leading home and there is no place like home! Join us on Thursday, October 27, 2022, as we prepare to crown our university Royal Court with a small reception for family and friends to follow. Dress attire is formal.

Date: 28-October  Event: WU Family Day Where: Outside Student Union Time: 12pm-3pm

Description: The Wilberforce University Alumni will kick off the Homecoming 2022 weekend this year with a Family ReWUnion BBQ and Alumni Social on October 28th, 2022. During the Family ReWUnion, food will be available free of charge, while supplies last. In addition, alumni will have the opportunity to mingle with former classmates, current students, faculty, and staff in a complete day of fun. Special shout outs go to the local Wilberforce University alumni chapters (Greene County, Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Cleveland) for sponsoring the BBQ and alumni social.

Description: Are you ready to experience the powerful sound of a 150-person marching band? Join us Friday, October 28, 2022, for a live performance and the official release of our Hounds of Sounds Marching Band!

Date: 28-October  Event: ReWUnion Alumni Social Where: Aerobics Room Time: 9pm-11pm

Description: Our alumni will have the opportunity to mingle with former classmates while watching a special live performance by Premium Blend Music. Join us on Friday, October 28 for fun and live entertainment!

Date: 28-October  Event: Bulldog Showcase Preview Day Where: Alumni Multiplex & Campus Time: 8am-11am

Description: Our students are the center of our existence. We are committed to their intellectual spiritual and social development. Wilberforce University enables students to discover and realize their potential, and to become wholly educated individuals distinguishable in attitude, thought, and behavior. We invite all high school seniors to sign up and attend our Bulldog Showcase where we will also have on-site admissions to be admitted into Wilberforce University. Sign Up today!

Date: 29-October  Event: Bulldog Parade Where: Old Barn to the Alumni Multiplex Time: 11am-12pm

Description: Our inaugural homecoming parade will be Saturday, October 29, 2022, featuring several organizations including marching bands, dance teams, drill teams, drumlines, our university Hounds of Sounds Marching Band, and YOU! We invited you to experience the grandness of our parade. Our parade route will take place on Brush Row RD, Right turn on to US-42, Left turn on to N. Bickett, with our final stop in our Alumni Multiplex. Following by our battle of the band, tailgating, and basketball games.

Date: 29-October  Event: Game Day & Tailgate Where: Outside the Aerobics Room in the Field Time: 12pm-1pm

Description: Following our homecoming parade, please join us are we tailgate with our alumni chapters, food truck rally, and vendors fair! Starting at 1pm our Women’s Basketball will play Point Park University and 3pm our Men’s Basketball will play Lourdes University

Date: 29-October  Event: Bulldog Game Day  Where: Alumni Multiplex  Time: 1pm & 3pm

Ticket Cost: Visiting Team, Alumni, & Friends $5  55yrs or older $3 WU Students & 13 and under FREE  **TICKET SALES DAY OF GAME AT THE GYM**

Date: 29-October  Event: NPHC Showcase Where: Alumni Multiplex Time: Doors open at 6:30pm show starts at 7pm

Description: Who Runs the Yard at the WU?! The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) includes the Historically Black Fraternities and Sororities. The NPHC includes Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, and Iota Phi Theta Fraternity. Whether you’re interested in fraternity/sorority life or not, the Showcase is a fun way to see in part what it means to be a member of the NPHC. Join us for the NPHC live performances, a DJ and music, judges, engaging hosts, and more! In the end, we will find out “Who Runs the Yard!?!”

Ticket Cost: Presale Tickets are available October 10-28 for $5 and Day of Tickets are available October 29 for $10.

Description: Join us for a night of live worship, praise, prizes, and fun!!! Featuring WU/CSU praise team, Mount Pisgah Church, and many more! We hope to see you there.
