  • Our primary mission is an academic one. Therefore, events are subject to change if there are conflicts with academic events. Certain rooms have restricted usage. If a conflict arises, we will contact you. Student events and special events spaces may be reserved by Division of Student Engagement and/or student organizations for activities. Individual students may reserve space provided they are co-sponsored by an institutional department or student organization. All sponsored programs must comply with the University’s mission and policies. Clean-up is the responsibility of the sponsoring organization. A charge will be assessed if this obligation is not met.
  • You indicate that you have read the above policies and agree to comply with University’s Policies. All requests should be considered TENTATIVE until confirmation is RECEIVED via e-mail. You indicate that you will make all necessary arrangements with Facilities, Student Engagement, Residence Life, Campus Police, and Public Safety for the set-up of your event. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT.
