As the start of another academic year approaches, it is important to ensure that you are ready to return and continue your classes before the first day of classes on Tuesday, August 1st! As a continuing student, use this page as a helpful resource to stay on top of key tasks, including registering for classes, checking your financial aid status, confirming your housing arrangements, and reviewing the academic calendar.
IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR FALL 2023 CLASS REGISTRATION
ADVISOR LISTING
- If you need assistance with selecting classes, contact your faculty advisor.
- For continuing freshman students, contact Ms. Parnell directly in CASSS at gparnell@wilberforce.edu or (937) 708-5737.
REGISTER FOR CLASSES
- Once you know the classes you need to take, click on the CLASS SCHEDULE link to view course offerings for fall 2023.
- Click on ENTER SECURE AREA to access self-service banner (SSB) to view courses previously taken and to register if you have access to do so.
- If you don’t have access to register through SSB, complete the ADVISING FORM and submit to the Office of the Registrar via email at registrar@wilberforce.edu

Complete your advising form and submit it to your advisor upon meeting to discuss your classes, or submit to the Registrars office.
